A Powerful New Approach To Conflict Management
Whenever there is conflict, there is an underlying condition that is creating it. Someone gets hurt, puts up his or her walls of protection and either resists, attacks or withdraws. Then the other person gets upset and does the same thing in return.
Without knowing, the individuals create a cycle of conflict: a cycle of resisting, attacking and withdrawing from each other. This cycle of conflict then goes on and on without either person ever noticing his or her role in the problem. Serious damage is done, and all of it is avoidable.
Fortunately, it takes two people to create and maintain a cycle of conflict. It only takes one person to end it. The cycle of conflict is like a tennis volley. As soon as one person stops playing the game, the game is over.
This program shows, in detail, how the cycle of conflict works and how to end it. You learn how to end conflict in any relationship, whether at home, in divorce or at the workplace.
The tools and insights you gain will also make a profound difference in both your personal life and the work you do with your clients.
To register, call 713-520-5370 or use this page to register online.
